Our Accounting System
We are transitioning from SAGE to Zoho Books—a more intuitive platform that integrates seamlessly with our day-to-day operations. This change will also benefit you as our client by providing access to a Client Portal, where you can manage your information and easily track your quotes and invoices. You may also notice a change in our email addresses with the word .design at the end. Expect communications from .
We’re also exploring the addition of a payment gateway in the near future to further streamline payments.
During the migration, you may receive a duplicate invoice in some instances. Please don’t worry—these are temporary issues that will be resolved promptly with the assistance of our new accounting team. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Hosting Services & Pricing
We’re currently upgrading and consolidating our hosting infrastructure to provide you with better long-term stability, speed, and value. Due to rising costs and the need for more efficient performance, all hosting packages will be migrated to our new Xneelo server, based in South Africa.
Hosting Migration Timeline
The migration will begin at the end of June 2025 and will be rolled out in batches of 20 accounts per day over approximately three weeks. While we strive for a smooth transition, some clients may experience brief downtime due to IP and server changes. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to minimize disruptions.
Action Needed: What You Need to Do (Important!)
If we are not managing your DNS, please ensure your IT team updates the server and IP details after migration. Please provide them with the following:

(Only if your email is configured using the server name rather than mail.yourdomain.com, etc.)
New IP Address: 156.38.203.106
(Only necessary if your team manages DNS settings—this IP must point to your website on our new server.)

- Basic Hosting: R115 → R120 (incl. VAT) per month
- Standard Hosting: R172.50 → R195.50 (incl. VAT) per month
- Advanced Hosting: R278.88 → R295 (incl. VAT) per month
- Master Hosting: R320.85 → R335 (incl. VAT) per month
IMPORTANT: Clients exceeding their current package limits will be automatically upgraded to the next tier and billed accordingly. We encourage you to review your current usage to avoid any surprises.
